Updated 3 October 2026. This notice covers registering for the Pravaha AI installer.

Registration details

Before downloading, we require your name, email address, contact number, user type, organisation or institution, and purpose of use. These details are emailed to the Pravaha AI team at satish.plg@gmail.com to record your registration and understand your intended use. Neither email nor phone verification is performed. When customer email delivery is configured, we also send a one-time welcome email with features, getting-started links and trial/licence options. Registration does not subscribe you to recurring marketing emails.

Registration records and download session

Registration details are retained in the team's email inbox for download support and registration records. You may request deletion using the contact address below. A secure browser cookie keeps your download session available for seven days. Short-lived hashes of your IP address and email address limit repeated registration requests; where Redis is not configured, these limits apply within each server instance.

Service providers

The website and registration API run on Vercel. Registration notifications are sent through Resend to the team's Gmail inbox. One-time welcome emails may be sent through Gmail or Resend, and the installer is delivered through Google Drive. These providers receive the data needed to operate their part of the flow and may retain operational logs under their own policies.

Activation

The installer is available to download directly. The desktop application starts a one-time evaluation trial or validates a signed licence separately. This website does not issue paid licences or collect your Machine ID.
